I have moderate acne and need to make sure I can get rid of all the sweat. Also, I was wondering if you knew of anything for my hair, because I can't stand having sweaty, greasy hair all day long. If you know of anything that would help A LOT.

I would try taking a light face powder and just rub it into your hair it cuts the grease. Try to wash your face after practice, if you don't have time for that try to keep the makeup to the minimum so you don't clog your pours.

A shower is best, but personal wipes for your "area", like "always" brand wipes or "summers eve" brand wipes are so good for whenever.....and for the rest of your body, I would recommend like extra strength wipes like baby wipes, and maybe stridex pads for your face. Its important to use the correct product when "quick cleaning" your body. These all work for me when I am working outside and i just want to freshen up halfway throughout the day, but nothing beats a shower! By the way, with acne, dont skimp. Take the time to take care of your face. Dont over use benzoyl peroxide or salasylic acid, just in moderation. And lightly moisturize your face, otherwise it will over produce the "bad oil" that causes more acne because the skin is over dried. About the hair, if its too greasy after practice, then dont condition it anymore. If you already arent, then all you really can do is shower. Hope I helped!

Wash your hair with shampoo day and night - not just under the shower water like some males do. Cut down on oily/greasy foods to help with your acne.

Use baby wipes for your body, apply powder after drying yourself.

Get some dry shampoo for your hair too. It's just like talc powder. It's really good. Each bottle costs about $4 or so. You can get it at Guardian Pharmacy.
Stay fresh always!
