Sometimes a headache is just a part of another illness, such as a cold or flu or strep throat. When you get better, the headache gets better, too. If you're not sick, other triggers like staying up too late, skipping a meal, excitement about a special event or worry about something can also cause headaches. Some pples get headaches from riding in a car or bus or from straining their eyes by spending too much time watching TV or using a computer. The caffeine in sodas, chocolate, coffee, and tea may cause headaches, too. Actually my mum got same condition as u, n i got done reasearch thats y i noe all this thing la..from my research i found that biomagnetic therapy is the best choice to cure this illness. Got any question feel free to ask me...tgh_eva@hotmail.com or u can give me a call 98399248

Could be too much caffine. Don't drink tea, coffee or coke. Don't smoke and keep yourself well hydrated. Any worries, stress? This could also be the cause. If you get alot of migraines then there could be a problem with your heart. You could also have a blood cloth in your brain. Sleep is about the best thing you can do because the body and mind relax. Headaches are usually a warning sign from the body so I strongly advise you to consult your G.P.

A very warm bath to get blood flowing .If you have a good friend with strong hands ,get them to massage your head neck and shoulders even if you dig into the shoulder blades and push until they feel the sweet pain and work there way up then as you reach the neck you use your thumbs and digin a ciscular motion with the other fingers on the side of the neck and work your way up.Once you get to the head spread your fingers all over and lightly squeeze and move in a circular motion for about 5 sec and release and keep doing in for a couple of min and then work your way back down doing the same thig.If you do what I decribed it will deffinatly work.

That sucks! But congrats on the new baby!! My cousin also had hers on Friday and she also got an epidural but this didnt happen to her, she only couldnt feel one of her legs for a loong time. But anyways, maybe it was because you were in labor for sooo long.....the girl that was in labor in the next room from my cousin, had been in labor for 24, and after she gave birth, both her and her baby had a high fever... But you should get your head/brain checked out by a specialist, you never know, it could be something wose... God Bless You & take care :))

you could begetting a migraine. there are many things that cause this but the blood vessels in you head are irritated. causing increased pain. if you feel nauseated and light hurts your eyes take a pain pill lie down in a quite room and try to go to sleep. also when you take the pain pill drink some coffee the caffeine will help constrict the blood vessels in your brain helping to ease your headache. hope this makes a Little scene and hope it helps

Get rid of the person nagging you and that should solve it!

If it doesn't . . . lie down in a darkened room, no TV, music or interruptions of any kind. This is my first/preferred method when this doesn't work then I pop the pills (YUK)
