After showering, put in some good mousse (I like Paul Mitchel (sp?)). Then blow it dry straight and work in some shine drops. Finally, scrunch the hair to give it some wave. Good luck!

It may look easy but I don't think it is, she gets her hair done by a professional. Heres what i would do : I would take a curler and put it on a medium setting and for about 30 to 40 seconds hold it there losely and just go with the flow If that dosen't work then just try again or just ask a hair styelist I know you can do it! :)

just get a curling iron. her hair is a lil wavey. and also blonde, so either do that or go to a salon and show them the pic of ashley tisdale. and then you tell them that you want tyour hair done just like that and see if they can do it. simple.

use a large barrel curling iron to make soft curls. just don't curl all the way to the top of your hair. finish it off with a spritz of your fav hair spray. good luck
