That is the key you eat all day and you workout which increases your metabolism. My son is also 20 same height and he weigh a little less than you but he looks great because he is cut. Don't worry about your weight, that is the least of your concerns right now. Keep staying active, you are young, when you are older your metabolism slows and you wish you could look the way you look today. Enjoy it hon and don't fret yourself.

I am also about 6 feet and I weighed 120-130 in high school.
By the time I was in my mid-20's, I was still around 130 - 135
I started gaining weight in my late 20's, and was maybe 155 by 30 years.
I am almost 35 now and weigh about 170, and stable. I also made an effort to cut down on the size of my dinners to avoid going to far the other direction.
I am quite active and like going for long walks.
People at work bug me about having lots of snacks and still staying in their words, "skinny".

A little on the light side. Don't worry some day you will gain weight faster than you want.

I would think that is low. Have you tried a weight gain muscle shake.
Work out but not to exercise or loose weight..Start weight lifting and fill out your body and get ripped

you will gain weight over time, maybe not tomorrow but in a few years. i wouldn't say your weight is bad, but a lot of people would rather be looking like a toothpick vs. heavy set.

Wow you are a bean pole aren't you? Don't worry the older you get the fatter you get. There is nothing worng with you if that is your natural body. I prefer thinner guys any way ;o) and tall is sexy.

i think that your weight is low...if you notice that you might be a little too think your probably right....just eat healthy and stay active and youshould be good...you dont need to change your weight as long as you keep yourself healthy.

I don't think it's bad or good. You should weigh however much until you feel comfy. If you feel too fat, (not Olsen fat, can't get around fat) then you'll have to do something.
