Do i have to cast a circle to do a past life ritual to see into my past lives or can i do that anywhere. I am new to this and also how do you make the circle?

You don't have to. You can just go into deep meditation and go look at your past lives. There is a super book called Karmic Healing, get it, it toally helps with this stuff.
To learn to cast a circle I would check out the books by Silver Ravenwolf

You don't have to, though I like to anyway.
You cast a circle by calling the four corners, while walking a circle. See the circle of power rise around you as you do so. Seal the circle by inviting the goddess and the god to join you.
People do it many different ways with many different items.
I won't tell you what I do because it's very personal and you need to develop your own method.
Keep in mind that it may or may not work. Personally, I've never gotten it to work with or without a circle.
