Does this happen to you a lot? It sounds like an odd problem! Why not carry a handkerchief and use that to briefly and politely rub your nose (don't blow into it!)

I get it all the time. There is a scientific reason for the nose to itch.

I suggest you let it go on itching without touching your nose.

Scratch it! Otherwise you will be driven crazy during your speech. But do it subtly (with your knuckle) so it doesn't look like you are doing something else.
