B. Polarizing. The key word here is "reflected". A polarizer will reduce or eliminate reflections.

B. Polarizing
Polarizing filters are used to select which light rays enter your camera lens. They can remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass and also saturate colors providing better contrast.

The effect can be seen through the viewfinder and varied by rotating the filter. The filter factor varies according to how the filter is rotated and its orientation to the sun.

Circular polarizers are specifically designed for use with auto-focus SLR cameras (They will also work on manual systems without problems). Stay away from Linear CP filters.

b. Polarizing filter
If I wish to minimize reflections it is the only filter which will do so at a 90 degree angle from the sun.

polarising.

it softens the reflection of the sun off shiny odjects. ie. metal, water, etc. the same kind of filter is often found in sunglasses, very common for skiiers(snow), fishermen...
