You're not the only one. I googled it and there are 4 matches for that. When people try to call it back there is no answer.

Check out this website about it:

It may be a telemarketer. Worse, it may be SEVERAL telemarketers using the same internet phone service, so the number shows up the same. You can tell them again and again to stop, but you are talking to someone at a different company any time. It is EXTREMELY difficult to file a complaint against these people to make them stop. We just pick up the phone and hang it up again. Or, pick it up (or press "talk") and leave it off the hook for a couple of minutes to tie them up for a while.

Call blocking will not work if it is not your local area code.

Do not call is pretty much a joke to some marketers, as they know you can't really stop them. Charities are also not included inthe do not call list, and this might be a solicitation. If you EVER bought from the company, they can call you as much as they want, also.

Seems to be Preferred Reader in Glendale, Az . THeir local provider is Qwest.
You can block this number. On my home phone it's *60 and then the number. Check the first couple of pages of your white pages for your home phone to see what yours is.
If you are on the Do Not Call list, telemarketers have 31 days from the time you enroll to stop calling you. If they continue to do so, they must pay you a fine of $1000 each violation., plus 10,000 to the government for EACH violation. (See below for story and more info). However, if you bought a product from them, they are allowed to call you up to a year from date of last purchase. As someone else stated charities and several other groups are exempt. There are also some states that have their own do not call lists.

Someone from Arizona is trying to annoy the hell out of random people it sounds like..or it may be an over-persistent telemarketer.

GOOGLE the number and maybe it will tell you who it is. Also, register a complaint with the DO NOT CALL registry.....and if you have call blocking on your phone...use it!
