As much as this would hurt, you will have to do the whole project yourself. If you have to present it, she won't get any credit on it because she will have nothing to say. Or, you can tell her that you will tell the teacher that you did the whole thing if she won't help. Or, you can give an in depth explanation to her about this project. Chew her out with things like you don't want her to mess up your grades. And you can always go ask a teacher for advice, too.

You gotta get your partner to become serious. Emphasize how important this obviously is. Talk to him/her and assign him/her something else if it's taking them so long to buy a board. If your partner still does not do any work in a couple of days, I suggest telling your teacher privately about your partner, however do the project on your own so YOU don't end up loosing points for a job done poorly by your partner. Hope things work out!

Tell her that you are going to buy the board tomorrow and would she like to come with you? Do your half and maybe even a little more and then had it over to her to finish. Document your contribution to the project so if she blows it you can go to the teacher and plead your case for a separate grade.
Good luck.

Take command of the situation. Declare that you are going to do exactly half (try to evenly divide the work), and assign her the other half. Type up an outline of eveything that has to done, indicating your tasks, and hers. Make a copy for her. This way, she'll have to do what's on the paper; she has no other choice.
I tried this for an English project, 3 weeks ago, and it worked wonderfully.

I suggest confronting your partner. Tell them that if they do not get their stuff in gear you are going to begin and finish the project alone, will tell the teacher this and shall collect any and all points for it alone. If they don't do the work, they do not deserve the points. Good Luck. Hope you get high marks with or without your partner.

be honest with your friend and tell him/her that you do not want to do a rushed job on the project. Try talking to your teacher as well, explain your situation and concerns. Usually honesty and openness will help in any situation. Hiding your concern or shouldering it all yourself just causes stress.

call her or ask her if she has a free time to do the project. if she has, then go work for your project. you must submit your project before the deadline so that you can have a good grade.

i suggest threatening to punch her in the ovaries... you need to confront her about it and if she still isnt helping tell the teacher. nothing will give you greater satisfaction than telling your teacher that your partner was a total loser who didnt do anything and deserves a big F where you deserve an A.
