i have had a crush on a friend of mine for awhile. and i can't figure out what his type is he has dated all different types of females. i figured i'm not is type because he hasn't tried to date me. so last month i called and told him that i liked him. he told me i was to classy and a saint but not his type. well i left town for a month and i have made myself over i have lost 50 lbs and have grown my hair out and got it strighten( took the natural curls out). and now i look really good. i know this because i've have more than a few guys ask me out in one day. the problem is i'm supposed to meet him tomorrow night at the bar with a few other friends. if he is intersted now should i let the fact that he didn't want me before i lost the weight and changed myself bother me. i mean i'm still the same person on the inside. and if i shouldn't let it bother me, should i play hard to get? i really do like him but i want him to like me not just for what is on the outside.

So, you think it's shallow if he likes you now, but you want to play games like "hard to get"? That is stupid. If he likes you better now, it might be because you lost weight, or, more likely, because you have more confidence now. Or, he might feel exactly the same about you--can you handle that?

My woman has a slim medium build. That is the body type I am attracted to. If she suddenly went up about 50 pounds I would not love her less or more. Just the same. That's because I have gotten to know her as a person. But the reality is I was first attracted to her physically. We all have our "druthers".

That's a little different from your situation. Why not just go out, have fun and stop worrying so much about establishing a relationship.

You know, I would torture the poor fellow.
If he's checking you out and flirting, then take the compliments with a smile. Return them in fact.
But if he asks you out, say 'no, you're not my type'. He'll either get the hint and apologize profusely or he won't and who wants some daft guy anyway?

If he tries to ask u out, 1st play hard to get, then ask him to giv u reasons y he didnt want u in the 1st place but wants u back now.
If he hesitates to ans, then u shuld know better than me that he's juz a material boy. N DON'T get charmed by his antics! keep a clear mind.

you should give him a chance. The only way to tell at first is by looks so you cant blame him if he likes you better now.
