i usually can see them on my tounge but latly for the first time they are like bumps on my tounge..is this ok and what is making them like this...also in the back of my tounge in the middle it hurts really bad. and like i was saying..my taste buds they are really stick off of my tounge. they are big bumps that are high.

maybe you should go see a doctor?...try brushing your tounge that may help.

Anytime you have a sore in your mouth or even a sore throat, rinse your mouth 3-4 times a day with warm salt water. It isn't the greatest tasting in the world but it will help your mouth heal faster than mouth wash or just brushing. It's best if you bush your teeth then rinse, especially before you go to bed and always after every time you eat.

Have you eaten hot food or drink lately? That may have caused this. But you shouldnt worry, sounds fine. Wash your teeth night and morning and drink plenty of water.
