Ah, grasshopper, those of us in the food formulating business know that to make food (any food) taste better, add 1) more salt 2) more sugar 3) more fat and if that fails, try garlic or tomatoes. You and everyone else are hooked, buwahahaha.
Personally, I don't eat much processed food, and stay out of restaurants.
Try buying good bread from a bakery, drinking your coffee (or tea) black/ clear. Drink lots of water. It's a long step, your arteries will thank you

It's very hard. That is all you run into if you are in school or working all day and need to grab something reasonably priced to quell the hunger. The good stuff is expensive, bad stuff is cheaper.
By gradually replacing the healthy foods for the bad foods in your diet you can do it. After eating healthy foods for awhile, your body won't be able to stand the too rich, salty, sweet, greasy foods.

Start by eating some organic fruit since it has more flavor than the others. Have you tried setting out a plate of veggies with dip. Dip Isn't the best but if you're eating 4 carrots/celery for every teaspoon, I would say that is a great trade off.
Drink some organic veggie juice. I think by adding a few of these ideas would be a great transition to a better future for you.

Trust me, I had the same problem like a week ago. Now I decided that I'd go on a diet to lose a little weight and it's great...I only drank diet coke and I think it tastes good now and I don't eat unhealthy chips. Just drink water and stay away from the unhealthy foods, its worth it in the end.

Well, try to make eating it fun. Come up with ways to belnd it with crackers or somthing. I would start out with green grapes, gala apples, and bananas in the fruit department, and in vegetable, i would say corn and carrots. I really hope this helps, I mean it took me a while too! Here an idea to get you started:
*Ritz Crackers
*Green Grapes
Peanut Butter:
Spread Peanut butter on the cracker, then your cut the grapes in half and put 3 of the halves on top, or however many will fit. Bon- a- petite! ( If it sounds gross just give it a try, experiment with the other fruits too!)

Use different herbs and seasonings. Garlic and Olive oil is very good for you and adds flavor. Check out some vegetarian cookbooks from your library and start making some recipes. Moosewood Restaurant puts out some good cookbooks. Here are over 100 quick and easy recipes:
