How to perform a proper breast self exam...
Begin exam by looking at your breasts in front of a mirror in 4 different positions. Be sure that you turn slowly side to side in each position so that you can see all parts of the breasts.

First you lay down and place your arm above your head,then you take your other hand and place it right in between your armpit and breast.Start move your hand in a circular motion going clockwise around your breast but keep going into a spiral until you hit smack dab in the middle of your nipple.If you feel a lump go to the doctor as soon as posible.

Cancer is a dangerous disease ... that of the breast is of more ..and more ... to check your-self .... sit-down properly... put your right palm on your left-breast ... (left palm over your right-breast ) .... rotate all around (palpate) for any nodular masses and hard substance . the normal touch-feeling of breast is smooth & uniform.The nipples must not be pluckered (burried).if any thing deveating from smooth - uniform contour of breast ... consult your doctor.

stand in front of mirror and put both of ur hands on both the breast and move ur hand in circular position and try to feel any lump and /or swelling or change in shape or size which is abnormal.
This can also be done by male partner( if ur married or doctor/nurse)
if u see/feel any abnormility contact good oncologist
