I feal fat. People say im a 190 pounds and im 13. Im only 135 and i've tried to lose more weight. And dont say who cares what ppl think well I want the to laugh at the stupidity when im really skinny so any good way s to lose 5-10pounds a week?? If so YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!

if you're 13, chill.. you have about 5 more years for your body to "adjust" and or "grow".

*sigh*
but if you really must lose weight, i suggest buying or somehow aquiring "tai chi". it's a slow, relaxed movement of the body that tones your muscles.. you can buy it at book/dvd/movie stores or off the internet...

no easy way just hard exercise and controlled dietary intake, please don't fall for those fad diets as they really don't work and some of them can be quite harmful, if you are really serious see your doctor and a dietitian and ask for a weight loss program from them they will be the best to monitor your progress it may take a little longer but it will be a lot safer for you in the long run and also most people who do lose weight this way manage to keep it off. I don't know. personally I want to lose 20 pounds, because I am 12 but weigh 125. do you think that is overweight? I think that you can probably shave off 10-15 pounds, then see who's laughing!

wow when i was 13 i was like 100 pounds....i think the only way 2 lose weight is 2 eat healthier and/or less

I think the best way to slim down is to be careful as to what you eat and make sure you get plenty of exercise. I like Taebo. I think Billy Blanks is very motivating and the workouts are fun but on the other hand they are intense.

Pilates are good to tone your body... also drink lots of water and don't eat foods that contain sugar.
