right indecent exposure i mean cuz its a public place

You can't. What you can get arrested for is having sex in a car IN PUBLIC. If the car is in your garage and the door is closed, you can't be arrested for it.
As for why you can get arrested for having sex in a car IN PUBLIC, it's the same reason you can get arrested for having sex on a park bench IN PUBLIC. It's because you are in public and that's considered indecent exposure/public lewdness. The legislature, based on what they believe to be the public's feelings on the matter, decided to pass this law. If you feel that the people in your community disagree with this law, lobby to have it changed.
When you are in public, you are governed by what the public has decided the laws should be. If you want to have sex in a car or on a park bench, that's fine. Just make sure your car or park bench is in your house or garage.

it can also be considered a lewd act because it is in public where anyone, including children, could see.
is that what you want your children to be watching?
the only way you can get away with sex in a car is if the car is parked in a garage at a house with the garage door closed.
why would you want to have sex in a car? talk about uncomfortable and not enough room to really move around

back in my day things were different iv done it many times and got caught , but the officers were different back then they would laugh and tell us to put our clothes back on actually would turn there backs while we did so we have no rights anymore just when you think you have a little freedom there they are to take it away from you .pass another law these officers think nowadays its about how many busts they can make there have been a few that i have met that were worthy of conversation this is not the good old us of a anymore i could go on but i wont Will say this i was once in thee shoes but could not arrest anybody for the same thing i was doing witch they do . to ans er your question yes it is its a shame taking away those memory's
