No. Truly they should be too active to have cellulite at this age.
Unfortunately, it is becoming more common, as is the onset of menses due to too much hormones in our meat and dairy (buy organic) and too much t.v. and too little parental attention and too little sports.

well cellulite is a kinda rare skin disorder, but you can be born with it. its not common but it is not like a disease. you can have it at any age!!
