Sometimes the living situation of the mother and or the history of her living like drug use lack of jobs or work placement and just not a structured home for times of home visit possiblemistreatmentof the children violence alcohol abuse and many other reasons
jail time, seedy boyfriends, I would recommend you get a list from your local social affairs dept. and one from family affairs some Law offices may have info on this as well.

I don't know a site but I have some answers,mom on drugs,mom don't have a steady job,mom's living situation is not proper,abusive bf and etc. either way good luck to you or your friend whoever may be going through this.

i got custody of my son 100%,his mother cannot call or come near him,i'd beat her if she came or called me,and thats because of me proving in court that she's a deadbeat crack head
