My boyfriend and I got into a major argument which essentially stemmed from nothing more than my insecurites. I was overly emotional and said some things which I feel terrible about now. He told his friends and they all said he should break up with me. We have been going out for a year and a half, and we've lived together for about a year. He said he thought about breaking up all day and then even brought up "taking a break" but we both love each other more than anything, and decieded we would never do that. We are on "normal" talking terms now, but I want to make it up to him, proove that everything will be ok. I have written him a letter, but do you have any other suggestions?

Your trying to fix a wound by continually picking at the scab. Get over it and remember that you are only human, not perfect and it takes TWO to argue, not one.

Make him some pancakes and serve him breakfast in bed and let yesterday be yesterday.

One thing that you can do is try dating again go on a special date even if you stay home. Make him a special dinner have candles, have a nice bottle of wine. Get some rose petals and put them on the bed. You can also have a path of rose petals that lead him to you and the wonderful meal that you have prepared for him. Then you can get some massage oils and just make it a wonderful night men love to get pampered just as much as woman do. So I hope this helps you best of luck

all these small arguments will always be there in life...but never give up..be the first to go and apologise with him and he ll accept...go out together...spend time alone and talk about this issue and settle it down..enjoy each others company and try to seduce him to the bed..

Sit with him and talk to him, tell him why you reacted the way you did , tell him how much he means to you, cry openly if your emotions lead you to it. let him know that even though you may argue, it's not out of anger, but your fear of losing him

You have asked for forgiveness. Let it go. Don't become a doormat. Consider how lucky he is to have you.
