That's a tough one, because you don't want to put yourself out there and get your feelings hurt if the person does not feel the same way.
How often do you see this person? Do you have a group of friends that both of you hang out with? Have a friend ask a few probing "what if's. The answer to those questions will help you.

Okay if your the shy type write notes it also depends on age I' m 13 and flurting is always good but make sure they feel comftorble even ask a friend to tell them.

I would just tell him or her how you feel. Before they find someone else. And your opportunity has passed. You wont know if they feel the same way unless you try. So best wishes in your decision on telling them.

if you really like him/her sit them down and tell them how you truely feel abou them. Be careful when you do this...if they say they dont like you, you can always keep a realsonship platonic. But be sure to tell them your feelings. Nothings worse than bottling them up. Believe me.

Just do it, if he/she says they don't like you then its not like you will no this person in a few years it won't even matter, and if he/she does like you then thats a good thing to right? either way everything will be ok....
