As long as you didnt damage the cuticle, it should grow back fine, although it will probably take several months for a full nail. In the meantime, keep it clean to prevent it from becoming infected. Wouldnt hurt to keep some triple antibiotic ointment or neosporin on it either.

last summer i was playing hocky with my uncle and i did not have shoes on and i was the golie, well the puck came flying hard at me and hit me right in the foot 2 of my toenails fell off but they grew back fast and the look perfectly normal. WHen they first grow back they look not normal and weird but they turn out to be perfect.

Mine did. I used Tea Tree oil on the bed for healthy new growth. Just apply with a cotton ball once a day.

it should.. i lost 2 toenails due to a accident, they fell off a few days later and are fine now...
if ant thing there may be a ridge there till it grows out a few months
