what can i eat today to have enough energy tomorrow? i wake up at 5:00 in the morning to get ready for school and i go to school till 1:15 then sometimes play football around 2:00. what can i eat to have enough energy to play my best tommorrow?

Pasta, whole wheat if you can. This is a simple form of carbohydrates. Your body will store this as an energy for tomorrow and since it is a simple carb your body can easily access it tomorrow. Then tomorrow morning eat a piece of fruit such as an apple or banana. This will provide a natural sugar for your body to help access the stored carbs for use that day.
This is the best way to get a source of energy for tomorrow. I am a runner and we all do this before every race and it works like a charm.

Tonight, eat a well balanced meal. For one, you should have some type of protein, vegetables, carbs etc. Then for dessert, instead of something sugary like ice cream, have fruit (strawberries, grapes, any type of fruit!) Another thing that helps is to go to bed at a reasonable hour. (Like 10 or earlier. It may sound early, but you will really be energized the next morning). Then, In the morning, have like a protein drink or a smoothie. I would not recommend caffeine because yes it gets you hyper, but only for a certain amount of time, then you get extremely tired (This is what happens in MOST people.). Hope this helps!!

My doctor told me to always carry peanuts for extra energy. Or eat a slice of cheese and have a banana for lunch. This really works for me. They are very high in protein.

Protein is good but you need to get a good nights sleep atleast 8-10 hours.
