It looks like the way a Korean word would sound to a foreigner. It is said very fast! But would be spelled out, "Aw-so aw-se-yo." It means, "Welcome" or "Come in". A business person might say it.

It's the prefix we use for "socio" in Turkish. It doesn't have a meaning when used separately, but we use that prefix to make words such as sosyopat (sociopath), sosyoloji (sociology), etc.
