Oh, lordy, YES!! It's my favorite "food group".

DARK chocolate is the more healthful to eat. Milk chocolate is okay and white chocolate isn't even, technically, chocolate.

I have even located at Trader Joe's grocery stores a LOW-carb chocolate bar (both milk and dark) that is absolutely delicious. Tastes every bit as good as the nice Belgian dark chocolate.

Have to go make some hot chocolate now to warm up this chilly evening.

Have fun!

Dark chocolate is the best....and lowest in fat and sugar...so you get the real chocolate flavor.

Hot chocolate made from Hershey's cocoa, and a little water and splenda (sugar substitute), cooked in microwave about 25 seconds, stir, then fill the cup with milk (non-fat of course)...low in calories, high in great chocolate taste, and the best treat!

Yes - but only in moderation. Too much seems to give me a toothache.
