get it trimmed. Trust me, I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but a little trimming off the end will actually stimulate the roots to grow.

Are you losing your hair? If that's the case, your options are limited. Only Propecia and Rogaine are FDA approved and proven to regrow hair in the majority of men you take it. However, they have a very low success rate at regrowing hair around the temples. The only real recourse you have here is hair replacement surgery. That's what I did, and I am happy I chose to do so. The only thing that causes hair loss is genetics. That's it. Anything else you have ever heard about hair loss is not true. Your genetics determine when your hair will thin and you go bald. For some it's earlier than others. Hope this is what you are looking for.

The key to getting your hair is keeping it moisturized. Don't got cutting your hair because you think your split ends are causing your hair to not grow because thats a myth. And also wash your hair at least twice a week.

Keep it trimmed. Avoid excessive use of heat products. Invest in good salon products. Get hair trimmed regularly, at least every 4-8 wks. Take Biotin, or vitamin E, or vitamin B supplements, with doctors ok, eat right, eat gelatin (jello or finger jello), exercise, drink lots of water

Pretty basic.

Get some grease and rub it in your hair, You gotta rub and rub and rub for a long time. Don't use Crisco though, because it's shortening.
