I'm reading a book called "Toilet Training in less than a day" by two doctors, Azrin and Foxx. I'm wondering if anyone out there has ever tried this method, and was it a positive experience? My son is almost 2 1/2 and I think he's ready, and any advice on this particular method would be helpful. Thank you!

We tried it with our daughter. She was three, and STILL not potty trained. No luck. What finally worked for her was getting a diaper service to bring training pants. I showed them to her, showed her the diaper pail for them, and told her,"You mess them or wet them, change them and put them in here. Mommy doesn't even need to know about it."
It took me out of the equation, and gave her power. Worked like a charm in less than a week.
