Unless your dog has been health tested (not just simple vet exams), has an impeccable pedigree, has been shown or evaluated to determine breed standard and worthiness to be bred, is at least 2 years old, has a wonderful temperament then she shouldn't be bred.
Also you as owner need to be aware of the risks involved with breeding..emergency c-sections, mastitis, infections, lack of sufficient milk production, still born pups, pups that fail to thrive, etc also you need to be aware the longer your dog is left intact the higher the risk is for her to get mammary cancer or pyrometria as well as other reproductive cancers. You also need to learn everything possible about breeding, whelping and newborn care.
You also need to be aware that pups & mom will need to be dewormed at 2, 4,6 & 8 weeks of age and that the pups will need vet exams and first vacinations at 8 weeks of age before they go to new homes.
Breeding and raising a litter is costly and it is a BIG responsability.

You should contact your local AKC breed club. They will have a list of responsible breeders and stud dog owners. There are also several websites where people can show off their stud dogs. Here is one:
