Shouldn't there be more free speech on here? It's very limited. One of my friend's was banned and she didn't ask anything wrong, she just asked a question about one of her favorite authors and said that she admired him and she was docked 10 points. What's bad about "chatty" questions like "who likes Brittany Spears?" That's not really all that personal. You can have a question about anal sex, but those personal questions, like "Who agrees with Charles Darwin?" are just too personal....riiight.
Humph!

I just don't feel that it is fair to dock points just because *gasp* someone, somewhere might just be...offended. If you don't want to read what someone has to say just avoid it.

Some people on this site need to let things go and "get over" themselves. I have been reported unfairly too. It is a shame that people cant seem to handle the truth about things and them reporting your Friend, me and anybody gives them a sense of control, they can delete your questions, however they cannot erase real life and so what if its chatty I have seen things on this site that would make a longshoreman blush and nothing is said.
Like I stated before some people REALLY need to get over themselves.

I agree with you. For some reason, people can be offended over any little thing. I don't see why they screen questions, because chances are if people are talking about something "offensive" on here, it's being talked about in other places, too. People are going to encounter offensive things wherever they go, and it's their choice whether they respond or not. If they read something offensive, they have the right to post their opinions, or just ignore it. Sensoring free speech is only inhibiting the help some people on here are trying to give, or to receive, for that matter.

Is it possible she put the questions in the wrong place. While misplace thier questions all the time it may be enough for some monitor to delete it.

This is not an absolute but at least maybe an answer.

There have been a lot of questions deleted for no good reason lately. Yahoo! Answers even wrote a blog about it the other day. Your friend was just maybe a victim of that.

Probably the right person didn't like the question. I really can't stand people who ruin all the fun for others.

It sounds like someone reported her for fun. There must be people playing around with this format (freedom to delete?). Tell her to chill and chalk it up to random mischief.

your friend probably got looked up by the right @sshole at the wrong time. i agree people can be modest, some do that just b/c they "feel" insulted.

I get reported all the time because people don't like me or my answers. It's a power thing....
