in the santa monica area ......or by santa monica college...is it a good place to live at?????? how is the crime therer?????gang activities????? and are there any other problems????? and what are some other CONS and PROS about it ..thank you

Its not a bad area, but lots of young teens whose parents have too much money and don't really care what their kids do.
