...and that they turn out just fine. But I don't remember the time or temperature I used before. (I'm trying to streamline the preparation of BLTs for 4). Who can help?

Put in a 9x13 pan (separate the strips).
Bake at 425, checking frequently, and removing any slices that are cooked.

I do this around the Holidays when there a lot of people. I think I use 350 F and just keep an eye on it after about 5 minutes as different thickness of the Bacon changes cook time.

I like to put bacon under the broiler. Just put the slices on the broiler pan (that way the fat drips off), broil for 2-3 minutes, then flip them over and broil a few minutes more--until it's as crispy as you like. I do bacon this way for grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches.

i prefer to preheat the oven to 400 degrees for an entire package of bacon. And check it every five minutes, draining off the fat often. They get crispier that way! it normally takes about fifteen minutes.

I do mine on 350 for 5-10 minutes... on a cookie sheet with parchment paper down. This is what my dad taught me, who is a chef. I'm not sure if that's the "chef" way of doing it, it's just what he showed me to do!

good luck!
