first you needed to know more about her, find out what she likes n her hobby, try to involved yourself into those activities that she is into, slowly build on the trust that she has on you before asking her out one on one. ideally started with group activities would be better. for the first time you may want to get her or your friends to come along to avoid her or you being too shy or embarrassing.
