the first thing, what window, is the window sealed with and healed
in by a flexable rubber seal that runs all the way around the window or is glued in place by urathane that requires heat and special tools to replace? I would sit in side the car, close to where you think the leak is andtry to pinpoint it as close as possiable then go to napa buy a calk gun and a tube of urathane
clean up the area with aolchol so the stuff has a cleah surface
put it on as neat as possiable, you should be all set

Replace the seal. Or you could get an additional seal and attach to the current seal with strong adhesive for a tighter seal. Be sure to add enough to the entire length of the area so you do not create a new leak point.
