why do people TYPE IN CAPS?

Some people know very well, and are yelling. Some are ignorant of the internet convention and do so out of a lack of experience and because they have not had the proper instruction.

Because they're rude morons, who don't care what other people think.

i was chating at one point with a guy and he was typing in all caps and i say something to the extent of 'Don't you know its like hard to read all caps, its kinda rude' and then to make sure i understood he was an ashole he said he didnt chat with girls who said like. So yeah people who type in all caps are rude morons.

now hold on a min.. yes it is considered yelling..

however i have an online friend who is going blind and though he uses software to help him, it is much easier to read it if its in caps ..

I have noticed that ghetto types cap all the time.
