I feel really light headed and im having stomach pains. I also have bits of pain in my head. This morning is when this started. I also feel like im falling when I stand up. What is this?

Are you male or female? How old are you? If female, have you started having your periods yet? If not, then this could be the first one, which is different from the rest. They aren't like that later, so don't worry.
It also sounds like someone who has been dieting too much or is simply coming down with the flu. If it keeps up, go to the doctor tomorrow. If it gets worse, go to the emergency room tonight. It would be horrible to find out you have appendicitis or something and we are here telling you "it's nothing".

either migraines or vertical its when ur off balance check ur ears with a doctor

have you gotten your period yet? if you have it could be PMS. and if you havent, well, it could be PMS. unless yur a boy. maybe you have an iron defeciancy?
