There's 1/7 of a human year in a dog year.
(If you meant "how many dog years are in a human year?", then the answer is 7.)

Your dog is (4 * 7 = ) 28 dog years old.

A dog one year old is 7 human years old. If I have this figured out right you dog is about 7 months old in order to be 4 human years old!

Your dog is about 32 I'd say. Actually in a dogs first year they will be about 12 to 14 depending on the breed. Dogs do not age 7 years to 1 human year every year. Dogs do not age linearly like we do. The age of your dog compared to human years actually fits a curve.

the way dogs age doesn't fit the human scale. They finish their childhood (including teen years) the first year of their life. So about 18 years old in dog years but 1 in a human year.

The seven year thing is very inaccurate
