i need to loose 15 pounds in one month (by dec1st.). it's for the navy, but i live in a nice neighborhood, and i'm not part of a gym (no weights available). If anybody has an idea of wat kind of exercise program might help. wat foods to eat, and wat not to eat.
u kno, the whole deal. but i am starting to practice the exercises that will be done in bootcamp and everything. if you can help, please do.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

For 3 months in a row, I lost 10 pounds by working out daily, cardio, 1 hour - 1.5 hours per day, off on Sunday.

I ate healthy and included sweets at a minimum when I really needed them.

It will be difficult but can be done. Also, I did not weigh myself daily, only at the end of the month which helped because my goal was not to lose weight but the following:

Daily Exercise 1-1.5 hours/cardio
Off Sunday
64 oz of liquid (any kind)
Sweets only when I really needed it
Binged on vegetables and fruit when I had a "binge attack"
Calories 1500-2000 daily
Calories-Only allowed to go UNDER above calorie intake 1-2 times weekly.

if u drink 45 pounds of water a week, u will loose 10 pounds a week. exersise, cur greasy foods, reduse on sugar, don't eat after 6:00pm, eat a big organic/healthy breakfast within 45 min. of waking up, go to bed around 8-9:00 pm don't sit all day. hope this helps. don't eat fruits and veggies 2gether.

Well for one eat less but often, and if your working out and walking and running to your workout and you shouldn't have a problem. Stay away from fatty foods and drink lots of water. That should do it. LIke salads, fish, if you eat chicken bake it instead of fried. and walk and run alot but don't dehydrate.ANd if your exercising well do as the tv says one cup of Special K in the morning and night and a sensible lunch.

Exercise everyday (30 min) and Eat twice a day. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. And make sure to drink plenty of water.

seriously, only eat normal to small portions at meals, and don't snack. Eben if you're hungry, DON'T snack. Not sure if you will lose 15 pounds in a month, sorta depends on your metabolism

Cut the sugar out of your diet, drink lots and lots of water, and work out. Eat small portions too. Also colon cleanses and detoxes can help too.... people store a lot of weight in their colons

15 pounds in 1 month is to much and you will get sick if you try. Boot camp will take care of those extra pounds
