I recived my cna lisence(certified nursing assistant) in september 2003 adn held a job till the following year oct 2003 then didnt work agian till feb 2004 and then again till may 2004 and i havent used it sense my qiestion is do they expire and is it too late to use someone please help me i had heard they expire after a yera of no use but im not sure

I'm a R.N. and I'm really not sure, but your best bet would be to either call the school where you took you nursing asst. classes, or call the county or state where you got your lisence, and they'll be more than happy to let you know if it's expired or not. I've worked with some of the best C.N.A.'s... All the best hon ~

Depends on the state call any nursing home and talk to the personal department they will give you the info for your state.
