Should I take them on their own or should I take other vits with them too such as extra Vit C and Zinc? Any help would be appreciated as they cost £8 a pack. Also are Everescent drinks anygood? I know Barroca are expensive and have tried them before, I just wonder if I should consider taking them too daily.

Wellman are a low potency vitamin/mineral. I'd say you're not going to be getting your money's worth. An excellent supplement for men is by Natural Factors. It's calls Mens MultiStart and has all the necessary nutrients including herbs for prostate health. They are $15 USD for a month supply. I get mine at www.iherb.com.
