I know how you feel, I'm a student and I get so sick of making the same things over and over. Here's a couple new ones I like :)

BBQ Chicken Pizza with Feta

1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 small red onion, halved, sliced and separated into rings

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
TOSS chicken with barbecue sauce; spoon evenly onto crust. Top with feta cheese, onions and the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

Cheesy Meat Lasagna

3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 large tomato, chopped
9 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese, divided
2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Brown meat with garlic and oregano in medium saucepan. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes.
SPREAD 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish. Layer 3 noodles, 1 cup of the cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the remaining sauce mixture in dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining sauce mixture. Cover with foil.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through. Uncover; top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

Layered Fiesta Casserole

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
12 corn tortillas (6 inch)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Brown meat with peppers in large skillet; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Stir in salsa, tomatoes and corn; bring to boil.
SPOON 1 cup meat mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with 6 tortillas, overlapping as necessary. Spoon half of the remaining meat mixture over tortillas; top with 3/4 cup of the cheese. Top with remaining 6 tortillas and meat mixture. Cover with foil.
BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven; uncover. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Spicy Steak Fajitas

1 tsp. each: crushed red pepper, chili powder, ground cinnamon and ground cumin
1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)
1 medium green or red pepper, cut lengthwise into quarters
1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce with A.1.
6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Mix seasonings; rub evenly onto both sides of steak.
GRILL steak 5 min. on each side. Continue grilling 10 to 15 min. or until medium doneness (160°F), turning and brushing occasionally with some of the barbecue sauce. Meanwhile, grill vegetables 4 to 5 min. on each side, brushing occasionally with the remaining barbecue sauce.
CUT steak across the grain into thin slices. Cut peppers and onions into thin slices. Place meat and vegetables evenly down centers of tortillas; roll up to enclose filling.

Crispy and Creamy Baked Chicken

4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
6 Tbsp. (1/2 of 1 pouch) SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
2/3 cup (1/2 of 10-3/4-oz. can) condensed cream of celery soup

I suggest buying a crock pot and then looking up crock pot recipes online. I do this sometimes and it is so easy. I can prepare it in the morning or even the night before. It cooks all day and doesn't need supervision. Get a crock pot that automatically switches to warm when done cooking. It will stay warm until you get home or you are ready to eat. When it's done you just serve dinner and clean up is easy because you didn't use a lot of pots and pans. I love making pork ribs in mine. Half an hour before it's done add a bottle of barbecue sauce. Make shredded pork sandwiches or just have ribs. I also have an awesome crock pot recipe for Homemade mac and cheese. Just let me know if you want it. I will give you any crock pot recipe I have. I hope this helps. Take care.

Walking tacos are easy. Make tacos but substitute Doritos for the shells. Pizza crescents are really good to. Buy Pillsbury Crescents but before you roll them up to bake add cheese and pepperoni. Chip beef on toast is pretty easy to make. Buy some Argo cornstarch and make the white sauce recipe on the side of the box. Add beef lunch meat, torn into small pieces. Top biscuits or toast with the sauce and enjoy. You can also check out www.campbellkitchen.com for some quick and easy meal ideas. Hope that helps.

Tuna with chilis and cilantro
Chili dogs

Fancier (but still easy) fare:

Fajitas- cook beef strips or chicken with a little salt and some red pepper flakes; cook onions, bell peppers, and tomato wedges in a saucepan. Put the ingredients together in a tortilla and viola!

French bread pizza- you can use slices for little personal pizzas or use a loaf for a family. Sauce, cheese, and your toppings of choice and you can just broil it for a few minutes.

Broccoli cheese soup- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and one package of frozen broccoli or a chopped fresh bunch, add seasonings- garlic, onion powder, pepper- cook until broccoli is soft and then add cheese.

pre-made chicken cutlets
hamburgers
pasta and red sauce
rib eye roast , potatoes, carrots (all in one pan) (put in oven as soon as you get home) By the time to get changed, start kids with homework, go through mail, it will be ready.l
Tacos
chicken pieces in the broiler (par boil on the weekend, then you only have to put it in the broiler to make it crispy). Takes 10 minutes. Make a salad and you're ready to go!
Enjoy!
