What can I say? I'm a girl, a (newly aged) teenage girl at that. Like one of the million post on here, I'm having a guy issue. I know my problem might now be different from anyone else's, but really, who cares? See, there's this guy I like, now I've know him for three years, the first year I met him he was a total sweetheart, and the year after that he was still a sweet-heart, but always seemed to be teasing me and/or talking about me, oddly enough right after I started likin' him. Now, over the last three years my feeling towards him have gone up and down, but either way I still catch him randomly poping into my head. We have a lot in common (we even share the same birthday) and we can talk for along time. When his friends aren't around we get along very well , but when around, as said before, he's a bit of a dumba$$. So yeah, anyone have any ideas on what he thinks of me? What I should do? Note, I can be shy when it comes to guys, but I've "grown" some. THANKS A BUNCH FOR YOUR HELP!!

Sounds like he's not mature enough to ge serious with. I bet you could find someone who won't act like a dumb-y. You would probably be setting yourself up from some pretty annoying situations if you guys ended up dating and going out with a group. Let's say it's prom or something. He would probably end up trying to impress the people at the table by attempting to swallow the silverwear. He's not at the point where he knows this stuff isn't cool. How has he started teasing/talking about you? In an immature way or a flirty way? It's usually pretty obvious when a guy likes a girl unless he is super shy. (This guys sounds like the opposite- and likes attention) I would quit waiting by the phone for him and do your own thing (school, sports, hobbies whatever) and let him figure out how he feels and chase you if he's interested. I'd watch out for guys with the same birthday, if you are too similar (if you follow astrological signs) it won't work out. You have plenty of time a head of you. Use it on the good ones. MOst likely this won't be the guy you end up marrying. ("Hey Boy X, remember when you were stupid around your friends? Yeah that was a good time. I really fell for you then"

sounds to me like he likes you, you could just ask him out on a date or if you are to shy for that find something that he likes and invite him to go with you "just to have someone to go with" you can always tell him he is the only one you know that would enjoy doing this thing with you well maybe one other friend but they are busy and the more time you spend with him the better idea you will have of what you both feel for each other
