I love tea, but I've never had it with cream. Tea drinkers, help me out. What's the best cream to use with certain teas?

Cream is generally not used w tea - use milk instead. In many Asian countries, milk is used to make a creamy milk tea. This is how I make Spiced Chai...

I put my spiced chai tea bag in a cup of water into a pyrex measuring cup and microwave it for 3 min. Then I add a cup of milk to the mix and microwave it for 2 more min - always checking to make sure it doesn't boil over. Discard the tea bag and pour into your favorite tea cup - enjoy!

Dear WRTRCHK:

The fellow who said Baileys Creme from Ireland is telling the truth. But, I always liked to drink Teas like the English do. It is interesting that the English, typically, do not use cream in their teas. They use milk. I have found 1%, 2% and Whole Milk all work very well.

Best regards, Lana

I would recommend a light cream, in Canada we have the 5% cream, it is a shade higher than homo milk, and will not kill the taste of the tea, I take mine with sugar and I dunk my digestives or social tea biscuits, donuts are for coffee.

I guess if your in the USA it is called light cream, or even Carnation Milk, the whole not 2% or fat-free.
