This is from Chisla (Numbers) 14,9: С нами Господь. S nami Gospod'. Means the same: God is with us.

I did not study russian in school. I have to say there is a lot of variety
to the russian television language. There are 6 major dialects that I know
of in the region of business, farming, governors. This dialect that I learned
from business in trade and trains, travel planning is called Kevaoosz
The translation would be acceptable at mcdonalds , churches, cyc, choir,
roman catholic, christian, or some of the newest schools. The phonetic
way to say it is God shuzz makeao, traolo tao, vistao. God is making our
world safer, safe as the love we have to share, to make God our friend.

Looking in my K.V. Muller English to Russian dictionary was fruitless. They don't have a phrase for "God is With Us". A literal translation would be "Bog S Nami", pronounced "Boag Ss Nahmy"
