See I go every year and over the summer i went for 2 months..and that pissed him off cuz he says Im away from home too much! I want to go in December for only 2 weeks but I already asked and he said no. I even killed myself to get good grades just so I can go..

i go to monterrey its a big city... I've had worse things happen 2 me here in The U.S then over there...so yea

well how old are you? maybe talking to him and telling him that it is only for 2 weeks and you have gone every year and this means so much to you

Well go to Mexico and registered your marriage(if you are a matured one),and than inform your dad.regarding convincing him to allow you to go to Mexico-In summer!
