The biggest thing to know is that crest white strips and any other whiting product doesn't bleach white fillings or crowns and can sometimes cause sensitivity.Otherwise they are a great product-angelia RDA

Be very careful when putting them on, and try not to let your tongue rub against your teeth. That will cause them to slip around, and you'll probably taste some peroxide if they do. Yuck! But they definitely do work- it just takes a while to get used to.

I had tea stains on my teeth.The crest white strips got them off and made my teeth very white.

They really work - you can see a difference after one or two times. Just plan on doing something non-taxing, like being on your computer, for the half hour that you have them in.
