There are some places right now where owning a bible is a death sentence. Attending services can get you prison time. Proclaiming the good news of Jesus will get you a firing squad.
We take our faith for granted. There are more Christians dying to day as witnesses to Christ than at any time in history.
Examples of Religious Freedom:
The right to wear a Christian cross or a Muslim veil - banned in France
The right to own and read the Bible - banned in Malasia
The right to own and read the Koran - UK might ban it...
The right to go to religious services - banned in communist states.
The right to wear religious clothing - banned in France
The right to pray in public - banned in MANY countries.

The right to pray before a meal in class in a public school. Teachers can't tell you "Pray before lunch or fail", but if you want to pray on your own, you're free to do that.
We're free to believe as we choose, be it Christian, Muslim, Wiccan, Buddhist, Shintoist, or believe in nothing. We're free to believe that it's impossible to know if God is real or not(agnostic).
We're free to have open discussion and question of religion without fear that we'll be imprisoned or executed as apostates in ages past did. We can question our government if it gets too religious and remove those leaders who try to turn this country into a theocracy.
Frankly, heh, I could go on, but I think I'll leave it at that. :)

Most importantly is we have the freedom to worship God however we chose. I may disagree with someone's choice, but if they take away that person's right to do as they wish, it won't be long before mine will be gone too!
Of course I feel I have to add that if anyone's choice of religion includes harming others, they shouldn't be allowed to call it a worship of God...as God is love, and just.

Well, lets see..... going to church where I want to if I want to, engaging in religious discussion with anyone who's interested, reading religious literature including the Bible without fear of repercussions, visiting YA R&S with no concern that anyone even cares.....
