how easy is it to overdose on nutmeg? I read that a few tablespoons can even cause death. Is this true?

What the hell?? Who is telling you to try this stupid stuff? I came up in college in the Bay Area in the 60's. So many people were acting on dumb-*** urban myths about variuos spices & God knows what else. I always knew by common sense (still took drugs, tho!) what would get us high & what was a total lie! It aun't that difficult...use your head while you still have one! Good Luck!

I was an adolescent during the 60's. We experimented with everything you could imagine, including ALL the spices in the kitchen. Nutmeg never killed me or even made me sick (or high). This is not to say I recommend doing large amount of it either-just giving you my personal experience with it.
