often speaking you % to apply lures over bait, something like a spinning gig or crank bait ought to artwork. be cautioned that the colour of a entice is surprisingly different underwater than this is interior the save. in case you utilize bait seek for stay bait including minnows. great mouth bass look the extra problematical fish Largemouth are widespread for their overall length and resistance while hooked, favoring short, valuable runs and get away to cover including submerged logs or weedbeds.Smallmouth bass tend to bounce extra and combat aggressively on the floor while hooked, with the intention to throw the hook making bass between the extra interesting freshwater fish to capture. in case you have no longer any fulfillment with your entice attempt changing (a million) the entice, (2) the entice's coloration (3) its working intensity, (4) its retrieve velocity, and (5) regardless of if any specific action is being imparted to the entice. you need to additionally use jigging or hand jerk action to the entice. sturdy success!

Im not sure wher you live, but where im at, the best bait to use is a Chubb. The're pretty big compared to a regular minnow. Tie about 2 feet of line onto a bottom bouncer and hook the chubb up and just let it swim around. Guaranteed bass!!! of course this only works from a boat!

Try a texas rig. Use the fire tail ones or a maron one they will hit it everytime. I caught 8 large mouth bass in a matter of 1 hr. they will hit is hard and will mess the lure up make sure you have plenty to spare. and plus you can pull it through weeds grass...

Im an old fashioned hook and worm fisherman. All them gadgets seem like alot of work. 10'-20' of water at an underwater rock ledge or rocky bottom in a moving current is good enough.
