What praytell is the dress code for a wedding that the groom is dressing up as Frankenstein and the Bride is well, the Bride of Frankenstein?

Im not so much into the wear all black scene. No offense to those hat are though.

LOL This is fun!

But if you're "not into it", nothing precludes you from wearing just a normal outfit that you would wear to any ol' wedding. We had a pirate wedding, but it wasn't a requirement for the "normal" people to dress up as pirates.

I would imagine Halloween costumes would be the most appropriate. If in doubt, ask the bride. That is, assuming you are one of the guests, as it is difficult to tell from the original post. Otherwise anything Victorian could work as it is set during that time frame.

Why don't you and your partner dress as Doctor or as a Doctor and a Nurse? after all...where would Frankenstein be without Doctor Frankenstein?

sadly it seems that the theme and colors are going to be dark. if not black maybe find dark green or deep purple.

When in doubt get the movie, why not see what types of things they wore in it.
