I could tell you, but it would be more proper to ask you mom, no joke you wont get in trouble, ask her what douching is, and then whats a douche bag. It's something that your mom can tell you about. I promise you wont get in trouble, It's not a nasty word, but people use it like it is one

I am not sure of the actual definition, but I have always heard it used to mean someone uncool/idiotic/jerk.
