Lol, OK well i found this like "spot" on me head *not a real spot* and if i take my nail over it i get this lil sharp pain in my back near my shoulder lol. Its wierd i think, and i can only do it with my finger nail, i cant just run my finger over it. What in the world could this be? lol...

Most likely just a preesure point but if it does not go away in a week see a doctor. could be a tumer (most likely not) or Cyst.

PUT A NAIL IN IT AND SCREEM

no but fer real that aint weird
for exampel (if u do it right)
u can hit urself in the side between the first and second ribs and it feels like u hit ur self in the balls (no joke and will only work on us guys trust me made all my friends do it lol but dont go punchin ur selves in the sides and say i tole yall to!) things like this are over ur hole body and word to the wize it aint no pressue point i think cuz they exis but not like in the movies uther wize ud knole ur self out evry day


any way good luk with that (and dont spect to many ppl to kno but i was a quik and small fad were i live but my guess is a few docters might kno bout it)

Growth from superficial nerve endings (tumor/cyst) may cuase such pain or it might be a referred pain. In any case, if the pain doesnt subside in a few days, better pay the doc a visit. Nothing to be worried though, i believe, whatever it is should be curable.

yeah...probably just a nerve ending that is really superficial and much more sensitive than other areas...when pain travels from one area to another it's called referred pain...that's what it sounds like to me

You nail may be stimulating a nerve.
