I love answering weight lost questions. I found the best exercise and dieting program ever. It is called t-ta pp. After 7 days of the exercise I lost one inch off my hips and waist and 2 inches off my abdominal area (which is my hardest part ever). My body has completely changed since doing this program. If you don't believe it their are freebie exercises you can do on the website before you buy the DVD. I love it. It is the best program ever.

When you buy the DVD you should get recommendations about the diet. They explain it better but basically you get two days where you eat really good and on the third day you cheat :) It is the best diet I have ever been on . I love this program. Even though I not loosing much weight I am definitely loosing inches and my body looks incredible.

Plus I had major health problems and this exercise helped me get better. My doctor recommend this exercise program to me. It is great.

Yes, in fact they recommend that you not go by the scale when trying to lose weight, but rather go by how your clothes are fitting you. You are replacing some of your fat with lean muscle by exercising, muscle takes up less room but weighs more than fat, that's a good thing! It would explain why you're losing inches but the scale numbers might not be moving. Keep at it and the numbers will start to go down, both on the scale and on your clothing size label. Good Luck.

Losing 15 pounds in that amount of time is pretty good. But yes, inches come off faster than pounds do.

You could try any good body contouring cream to lose inches instead of weight and do a lot of stretching exercises

yes very possible, especially if you weight lift, because muscle which is twice as heavy as fat will be produced and fat lost, so you coudl possibly gain muscle mass and loose fat therefore changing the shape of your body which coudl be slimming or getting cut or getting more muscular, yet not always will you see a weight loss

muscle weighs more that fat you need to go by your measurements. The weigh on the scales doesn't mean a thing.
